Partner banks

The partner banks, which signed an agreement with Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund on provision of a credit line for financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The signing of the agreement gives significant opportunities to the banks to assist in the development of domestic businesses, in such important sectors as agriculture, clothing, textiles, processing, mining and metallurgy, transport, medicine and tourism.

Owing to Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund, entrepreneurs can receive preferential loans to expand their businesses and sustain capital, and the most important thing is to have access to long-term investments with low interest rates. Concessional loans will be issued in the national currency at a rate of 12% per annum and in USD - 5% per annum, for a period of 3-60 months. The total number of Points Of Service exceeds 300.

 

On February 5, 2016, Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank CJSC and Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund signed an agreement to provide the Bank with a loan facility for 350 million KGS to finance investment projects in businesses.

RSK Bank OJSC  and Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund signed an agreement on the allocation of funds (600 million KGS) to finance small and medium-sized enterprises.

RKDF and AIYL Bank concluded an agreement on provision of a loan of 600 million KGS for the target financing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME).

On May 25, 2016, KYRGYZSTAN Commercial Bank OJSC and Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund signed an agreement on provision of a credit line to finance small and medium-sized enterprises. According to the new regulation of RKDF on the target financing of banks, Kyrgyzstan Commercial Bank received $ 7.5 million to support SMEs.

On May 25, 2016, BТА Bank  was one of the first banks to sign an agreement with Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund on provision of a credit line to finance small and medium-sized enterprises.  

On June 15, 2016, Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund and Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan OJSC  signed a Credit Agreement for $ 3.9 million.

On June 24, 2016, Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund and Bank of Asia CJSC signed Credit Agreement for $ 1.4 million. These funds are intended to make loans to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

 

On September 9, Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund and Capital Bank signed a Credit Agreement.

Companion Bank CJSC and Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund signed an agreement on the provision of a credit line for financing small and medium-sized enterprises. The official signing took place on October 4, 2016.

On April 4, Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund and  Bakay Bank OJSC  signed a Credit Agreement.

On April 18, Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund and Optima Bank OJSC  signed  a Credit Agreement for $10 million.

On May 24, 2017, Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund and Demir Kyrgyz International Bank CJSC  signed  a Credit Agreement for $ 3 million.

The funds will be used for target financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, leasing, as well as for brining equipment from the Czech Republic and Turkey through a letter of credit.

On November 3, 2017, Russian Kyrgyz Development Fund and Kyrgyzkommertsbank signed a Credit Agreement.  

The funds will be used for target financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.
